- 100 g mixed olives, pitted
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice until emulsified, about 1 minute.

- Season: Taste the dressing and adjust the salt and black pepper until it reaches your desired level of seasoning, about 30 seconds.
- Prepare the Ingredients: Drain and rinse the white beans thoroughly under cold water. Dice the avocado, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the fresh parsley.
- Combine: Transfer the drained white beans to a large bowl. Add the drained tuna, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, mixed olives, and chopped fresh parsley.
