  • 1 package (15 count) mini phyllo shells
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (for topping)
  • Sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • Fresh chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Drain excess grease, then stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add ranch seasoning, stir to combine, and remove from heat.
  5. Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  6. Spoon beef mixture into each shell, then top with shredded cheddar.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and shells are lightly crisp.
  8. Remove from oven, top with diced tomatoes and cilantro, and serve warm with sour cream if desired.
