Ingredients

Scale

2 ½ cups white chocolate chips

1 can sweetened condensed milk

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 ½ cups sugar cookie mix, heat-treated

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon almond extract

¼ teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons holiday sprinkles

1 tablespoon extra sprinkles for topping

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the surface.

2. Heat-treat the sugar cookie mix by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.

3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

4. Stir continuously until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy.

5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.

6. Gradually mix in the cooled sugar cookie mix until fully incorporated.

7. Fold in the holiday sprinkles gently to avoid color bleeding.

8. Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

9. Add extra sprinkles on top for decoration.

10. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until fully firm.

11. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

12. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for the smoothest and creamiest texture.

Allow the fudge to chill completely before slicing for clean edges.

Add sprinkles gently to prevent the colors from bleeding into the fudge.
