1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

2 cups bread cubes

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves minced garlic

3 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

3/4 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

1 1/2 cups chicken broth

salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.

2. Butterfly each chicken breast and season.

3. Sauté onion and celery in butter, add garlic.

4. Mix in bread cubes, herbs, and broth.

5. Stuff chicken and secure with toothpicks.

6. Sear chicken until golden.

7. Bake covered 25 minutes, then uncovered 10–15 minutes.

8. Prepare gravy and serve over chicken.
