Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast treat, easy dessert, party snack, or creative food idea, this easy recipe is both eye-catching and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups Rice Chex cereal

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin mix

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cream cheese extract

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed

1/2 cup pink candy melts optional

Instructions

1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and butter in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.

3. Stir in vanilla extract and cream cheese extract.

4. Mix in the strawberry gelatin powder until fully combined.

5. Place cereal in a large bowl and pour the melted mixture over it, gently folding to coat evenly.

6. Add crushed graham crackers and toss lightly.

7. Transfer mixture to a large zip-top bag with powdered sugar and shake until coated.

8. Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries.

9. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet and let set for 15–20 minutes.

10. Drizzle melted candy melts on top if desired and allow to harden before serving.

Notes

Melt the chocolate slowly to avoid burning and ensure a smooth coating.

Use fresh cereal to keep the texture crisp and light.

Allow the mixture to cool completely before storing to prevent stickiness.
