Description

3/4 cup white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons pastel sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease the paper for easy removal.

2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and allow it to cool slightly.

3. Stir the brown sugar and granulated sugar into the melted butter until smooth and glossy.

4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

6. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix gently until combined. Do not overmix.

7. Fold in the Easter M&M’s and white chocolate chips, reserving a small handful of candies for the top.

8. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan and press the reserved M&M’s and optional sprinkles onto the surface.

9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is just set.

10. Allow the blondies to cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
