Ingredients

3 cups powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (frosting)
pink food coloring
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking pan
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
3. Add eggs and extracts
4. Mix dry ingredients separately
5. Combine wet and dry mixtures
6. Spread dough into pan
7. Bake for 18–22 minutes
8. Cool completely
9. Prepare frosting
10. Spread frosting over bars
11. Add crushed peppermint topping
12. Slice and serve
