Ingredients
2 lbs russet potatoes
4 tbsp butter
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon
1/4 cup green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks, then boil in salted water for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender.
