3 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare pans

2. Whisk dry ingredients together

3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy

4. Add eggs one at a time

5. Mix in lemon zest juice and vanilla

6. Alternate dry ingredients with milk

7. Divide batter into pans

8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes

9. Cool completely

10. Prepare frosting by mixing all ingredients

11. Assemble and frost cake
