Ingredients
2 large chicken thighs
1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup oil for frying
4 bao buns
2 tablespoons gochujang
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons green onions
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry thoroughly.
2. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with cornstarch.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
