Ingredients

3 cups cooked white rice

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

3 cloves garlic minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger grated

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 cucumber sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

1 bell pepper sliced

2 green onions chopped

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp Korean BBQ sauce optional

1 tbsp cooking oil


Instructions

1. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar

2. Slice steak thinly against the grain and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes

3. Prepare vegetables by slicing and shredding
