Ingredients

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and salt, then gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk until a thick dough forms

2. Add peppermint extract and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth

3. Knead dough on a lightly sugared surface until soft

4. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into discs

5. Chill patties for 30–45 minutes

6. Melt chocolate gently and stir frequently

7. Add coconut oil if using

8. Dip patties into chocolate and coat fully

9. Place on parchment and add sprinkles

10. Let set until chocolate hardens
