Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper diced
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/3 cup red onion diced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded optional
2 hard boiled eggs chopped optional
1/4 cup pickles or relish optional
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water, then let it cool completely.
