1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 package biscuit or pizza dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Mix the cooled beef with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each dough square.
  6. Fold and pinch the dough to seal, forming a smooth ball.
  7. Arrange the balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
  9. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley.
  10. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
