Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until fully mixed.

3. Firmly press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to create an even crust.

4. Sprinkle the semi sweet chocolate chips evenly over the crust layer.

5. Add the butterscotch chips evenly across the chocolate layer.

6. Spread the shredded coconut evenly over the chips.

7. Sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts over the coconut layer.

8. Slowly drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly across the entire pan.

9. Add the vanilla extract and lightly sprinkle the sea salt over the top.

10. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top becomes golden brown and bubbly around the edges.

11. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.

12. Slice into squares and serve at room temperature or chilled.

Notes

Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing for cleaner layers and better texture.

Line the baking pan with parchment paper to make lifting and serving easier.

For extra flavor, lightly toast the nuts before adding them to the bars.
