½ cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
1. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 20–30 minutes.
2. Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
3. Add powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
4. Gently fold in whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
5. Fold in most of the crushed peppermint candies, reserving some for garnish.
6. Spread the filling evenly into the chilled crust.
7. Sprinkle remaining crushed peppermint on top and add whipped topping if desired.
8. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until fully set.
