Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla and almond extracts.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
6. Fold in the Easter sprinkles and white chocolate chips gently.
7. Reserve 1 cup of dough and press the remaining dough into the prepared pan.
8. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
9. Add the sugar and mix until creamy.
10. Mix in the eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream.
11. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cookie base.
12. Scatter pieces of reserved dough over the top.
