10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup whole milk

1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 1/2 cups buttery crackers or breadcrumbs, crushed

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion for 3 minutes, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

4. Add broccoli and carrots to the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until slightly tender.

5. In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley.

6. Add cooked noodles, chicken, peas, and sautéed vegetables into the sauce mixture. Stir until fully combined.

7. Transfer the casserole mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

8. In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers or breadcrumbs with melted butter and parmesan cheese.
