Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 oz penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz cream cheese
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and coat evenly with Cajun seasoning
2. Sear chicken in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side
3. Add chicken and vegetables to crock pot
4. Pour in broth and cream, add cream cheese
5. Cook on LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours
6. Cook pasta separately until al dente
7. Shred chicken and return to pot
8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth

10. Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving
