Description

Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a creamy, cheesy twist on traditional lasagna. Rolled lasagna noodles are filled with a savory blend of shredded chicken, ricotta, and mozzarella, topped with Alfredo sauce, then baked until golden and bubbly. This comforting dish is perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 10 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, then lay flat on parchment or drizzle with oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Spread filling on each noodle, roll up tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, top with remaining mozzarella.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
