Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or blend)

4 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons butter or oil

2 tablespoons cream cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped green onions


Instructions

1. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and spices until well combined

2. Heat a skillet over medium heat

3. Add cheese to half of tortilla, layer chicken mixture, then more cheese and fold

4. Cook in buttered pan for 2–3 minutes until golden

5. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until cheese melts

6. Rest for 1 minute before slicing

7. Cut into wedges and serve hot

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep

Cook on medium heat for even crisping
