1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tsp sesame oil
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp ginger minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain
2. Marinate the beef for 15–20 minutes
3. Prepare the sauce by whisking all ingredients
4. Blanch the broccoli briefly and drain
5. Sear the beef in a hot pan and remove
6. Cook garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes
7. Add broccoli and return beef to pan
8. Pour sauce and cook until thickened
9. Finish with sesame oil and seeds
10. Serve hot over rice
