  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt on each chicken breast.
