- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 cup M&M’s (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and blend until creamy.
- Fold in whipped cream or whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of M&M’s, reserving extra for topping.
- Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top. Decorate with additional M&M’s.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
- For a firmer crust, you can bake the graham cracker crust at 350°F for 8-10 minutes and let it cool before adding the filling.
- Feel free to customize the toppings with mini chocolate chips, caramel drizzle, or peanut butter cups!
