Creamy, peanut-buttery, and filled with M&M’s, this no-bake cheesecake is an absolute showstopper! Perfect for any occasion, it’s easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup M&M’s (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and blend until creamy.
  • Fold in whipped cream or whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in 1 cup of M&M’s, reserving extra for topping.
  • Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top. Decorate with additional M&M’s.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  • Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, you can bake the graham cracker crust at 350°F for 8-10 minutes and let it cool before adding the filling.
  • Feel free to customize the toppings with mini chocolate chips, caramel drizzle, or peanut butter cups!
