Description

A refreshing, alcohol-free mocktail that combines floral lavender, cool mint, zesty lime, and sparkling water. Perfect for brunches, parties, or a relaxing afternoon sip. Beautiful to serve and easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 1 to tbsp lavender syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • 34 thin cucumber slices (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lime (about 1 tbsp fresh lime juice)
  • Ice (crushed or cubed)
  • Sparkling water or club soda (about 1 cup)
  • Fresh lavender sprig & mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare lavender syrup (if making homemade) by combining equal parts sugar and water with culinary lavender, simmering for 5 minutes, then straining and cooling.
  2. In a tall glass, add mint leaves and cucumber slices (if using).
  3. Gently muddle to release flavors.
  4. Add lavender syrup and fresh lime juice to the glass. Stir to combine.
  5. Fill the glass with ice.
  6. Slowly pour in sparkling water or club soda to top off the drink.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of lavender and fresh mint leaves.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
