  • 2 naan breads
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the naan breads on the baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil.
  3. Spread an even layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan, covering the surface completely.
  4. Top with diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onions. Sprinkle with crumbled feta, if using.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the toppings are slightly roasted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill, and a sprinkle of black pepper and dried oregano.
  7. Slice and serve warm!
