- 2 naan breads
- ½ cup tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the naan breads on the baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil.
- Spread an even layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan, covering the surface completely.
- Top with diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onions. Sprinkle with crumbled feta, if using.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the toppings are slightly roasted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill, and a sprinkle of black pepper and dried oregano.
