Ingredients

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

4 oz cream cheese, cubed

1 cup milk or heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika or cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Slowly whisk in milk or heavy cream, followed by garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gradually add the shredded cheeses, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  4. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if needed.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetables. Garnish with jalapeños if desired.
