  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 24 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, flank, or preferred cut)

Instructions
