Ingredients
1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Instructions

2. Dry the chickpeas thoroughly with paper towels to remove all moisture.
