Ingredients
500g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
3 tablespoons cornstarch (or flour)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons oil for frying
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
4 tortilla wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup julienned carrots
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
Fresh cilantro, a handful
Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
2. Toss chicken with cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken in batches until crispy and golden brown.
