- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a small saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, and honey. Warm over low heat until slightly thickened.
- Transfer roasted cauliflower to a bowl and toss with the warm glaze.
- Return glazed cauliflower to the oven and roast for another 5–8 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm.
