  • 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen fully-cooked meatballs, or your favorite homemade meatballs
  • 12 ounces chili garlic sauce
  • 10 ounces grape jelly

Instructions

  • For Stovetop:
    1. Add the frozen meatballs to a large pan.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together the chili garlic sauce and grape jelly until smooth.
    3. Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the pan.
    4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are heated through and sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.
    5. Serve hot.
  • For Slow Cooker:
    1. Place the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
    2. In a separate bowl, combine the chili garlic sauce and grape jelly, then pour over the meatballs.
    3. Toss to coat, then cover and cook on high for 2-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
    4. Serve hot, straight from the slow cooker.

Notes

  • To store, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • For added garnish, top with chopped green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
