Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup croutons, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons creamy ranch dressing (or preferred dressing)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly. Slice cucumbers, halve tomatoes, thinly slice onion, and dice bell pepper.

  2. Assemble the Base: Place lettuce leaves in a large mixing bowl. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper.
