Ingredients

Scale

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup chopped cooked spinach

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional)

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning

Instructions

1. Cook spinach (if using fresh) until wilted, chop finely, and squeeze out moisture. If using frozen, thaw and drain thoroughly.

2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional cream cheese until combined.

3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.

4. Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of the mixture onto the tray and flatten into thin circles. Leave space between them.

5. Bake for 8–11 minutes until edges are golden and centers are bubbly.

6. Let cool on the tray for a few minutes to allow crisping, then transfer to a rack or plate.

Notes

For best results, use parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

Squeeze spinach thoroughly to avoid soggy crisps.

Let crisps cool completely before storing to maintain crunch.
