Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken tenders
4 slices bacon
1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and your preferred seasonings. Dredge each chicken tender in a mixture of flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Make sure the chicken is well-coated.
2. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer over medium-high heat. Once the oil reaches about 350°F, carefully add the chicken tenders. Fry for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.
3. Cook the Bacon: In the same skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. Once done, set it aside on paper towels to drain. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into smaller pieces.
4. Make the Cheese Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the flour to make a roux, whisking constantly. Gradually add milk and continue whisking until the sauce thickens. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
5. Assemble the Sandwiches: Place one chicken tender on the bottom half of each sandwich roll. Drizzle with cheese sauce, then sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Drizzle mustard sauce over the top and top with the sandwich roll. Press gently to hold everything together.
