Description

This indulgent dessert combines creamy vanilla ice cream with chunks of edible cookie dough, Snickers bars, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, topped with a rich chocolate drizzle and crunchy extras. Perfect for any occasion when you’re craving something sweet and satisfying!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 3 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate (milk or dark)
  • 2 tbsp crushed cookies or chopped nuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Chop the Snickers bars and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Assemble the base: Scoop vanilla ice cream into a large serving bowl or individual dessert glasses.
  3. Add toppings: Sprinkle chunks of edible cookie dough evenly over the ice cream. Follow with a generous layer of chopped Snickers and Reese’s pieces.
  4. Repeat layers: Add another layer of ice cream, cookie dough, and candy pieces until the bowl is filled.
  5. Drizzle chocolate: Melt the chocolate in 15-second intervals in the microwave until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the dessert.
  6. Finishing touch: Sprinkle crushed cookies or nuts for added crunch (optional).
  7. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for up to 1 hour to firm up before serving.

Notes

  • For variety, swap vanilla ice cream for chocolate, peanut butter, or cookie dough ice cream.
  • Use homemade edible cookie dough for a personal touch. Simply omit eggs and heat-treat the flour.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 days. Allow to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
