2 tablespoons honey
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 1/2 cups bread flour

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, honey, and active dry yeast. Stir and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. In a large bowl, mix the bloomed yeast with milk and softened butter.
