			- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1/4 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 thick slices of French or Italian bread
 - Garlic butter (made by mixing softened butter with minced garlic and parsley)
 
Instructions

Prepare the Garlic Bread:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread garlic butter on each slice of bread and arrange them on a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and toasted. Set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
 - Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
 - Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer.
 - Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and the white wine (or chicken broth). Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
 - Stir in the lemon juice, red pepper flakes (if using), and the remaining butter. Mix until smooth.

- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
 - Sprinkle with fresh parsley and stir gently.
