Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Italian sausage (spicy or mild)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 oz refrigerated cheese ravioli (or your choice of filling)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks. Brown the sausage for 6–8 minutes, then add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute. Set aside.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Arrange a layer of ravioli over the sauce, followed by a portion of the sausage mixture. Top with more Alfredo sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with a top layer of sauce and cheese.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
