1 cup brown sugar packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs room temperature

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed pretzels

1/2 cup holiday M&M’s or candy coated chocolates

1/2 cup chopped caramel candies

1/4 cup toffee bits

1/4 cup chopped nuts optional

1/4 cup sprinkles


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper.

2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs one at a time then mix in vanilla extract.

4. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

5. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture without overmixing.

6. Fold in chocolate chips, pretzels, candies, caramel, and mix-ins.

7. Spread dough evenly into prepared pan.

8. Add extra toppings and gently press them in.

9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly soft.

10. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
