  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3/4 lb corned beef, chopped or thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (or slices)
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, well-drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for brushing)
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the dish, sealing seams.
