Ingredients
1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 large flour tortillas
20 to 24 slices pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Olive oil or melted butter, for brushing
Fresh basil leaves, optional (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Lay tortillas flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of marinara in the center of each.
