1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Optional: sliced mushrooms, diced bell peppers, black olives, cooked sausage
Optional: extra marinara for dipping, fresh basil

2. Lay tortilla on a flat surface. Spread 2-3 tbsp of sauce in the center.
3. Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and any other toppings.
4. Fold sides in and roll tightly into a burrito.
5. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet or in air fryer basket.
6. Brush with olive oil or butter. Sprinkle with parmesan and Italian seasoning.
7. Bake 12-15 minutes (oven) or air fry 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
8. Cool 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve with dipping sauce and basil if desired.
Notes
Warm your tortillas slightly before rolling to prevent cracking.
Don’t overfill or burritos may burst during cooking.
Brush with garlic butter for an extra crispy and flavorful finish.
