- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (225g) dark chocolate chunks
- 3/4 cup (90g) roasted pistachios, chopped
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
