Description

The Pink Paradise No-Bake M&M Snickers Cheesecake is a creamy, colorful, and delightfully indulgent dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. With a chocolate cookie crust, a luscious pink cheesecake filling, and fun additions like Snickers and M&M’s, this treat is as delicious as it is visually stunning. Best of all, it’s simple to make—no oven required!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Pink food coloring (a few drops, or to desired intensity)
  • 3 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1 cup M&M’s (plus extra for topping)
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Place in the freezer to set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  3. Add pink food coloring to the filling and mix until the color is evenly distributed. Adjust the intensity as desired.
  4. Fold in the chopped Snickers and M&M’s. Mix gently to keep the candies intact.
  5. Spoon the filling over the prepared crust, spreading evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Decorate with additional M&M’s and chocolate shavings. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a lump-free filling.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped nuts like peanuts or almonds to the topping.
  • This cheesecake can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
  • Feel free to customize the color of the filling to match any occasion or theme.
