Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- Pink food coloring (a few drops, or to desired intensity)
- 3 Snickers bars, chopped
- 1 cup M&M’s (plus extra for topping)
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Place in the freezer to set.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Add pink food coloring to the filling and mix until the color is evenly distributed. Adjust the intensity as desired.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers and M&M’s. Mix gently to keep the candies intact.
- Spoon the filling over the prepared crust, spreading evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Decorate with additional M&M’s and chocolate shavings. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight until set.
- Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled. Enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a lump-free filling.
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts like peanuts or almonds to the topping.
