Ingredients

Scale

12 frozen dumplings

2 cups broccoli florets

3 green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

12 tablespoons chili oil

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Lightly grease a large baking dish or rimmed sheet. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer and scatter broccoli around them.

3. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, garlic, and ginger. Gradually whisk in hot water until smooth and pourable.

4. Drizzle the sauce over the dumplings and broccoli.

5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the dumplings are crisp on the bottom and the broccoli is roasted.

6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with chili oil, and top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent dumplings from sticking.

You can prep the peanut sauce up to 5 days ahead—store it sealed in the fridge.

Finish under the broiler for a crispier texture if preferred.
