  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Extra Parmesan for serving

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add uncooked penne pasta. Simmer uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
