3½ cups powdered sugar

¼ cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the Ganache:
1 cup semi-sweet Nestlé Toll House chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Optional Toppings:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans or line with parchment.
