Description

These Mini Pizza Bagels are the perfect quick, cheesy snack that everyone loves! Super easy to make, they’re perfect for after-school treats, parties, or a cozy night in. Customizable with your favorite toppings, these mini pizzas are ready in under 15 minutes and packed with flavor!


Ingredients

  • 45 mini bagels, split in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Assorted toppings (diced pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange the bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half, evenly covering the surface.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add your choice of toppings.
  5. Bake the pizza bagels in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the bagels start to turn golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
