- 4–5 mini bagels, split in half
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Assorted toppings (diced pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Arrange the bagel halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bagel half, evenly covering the surface.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add your choice of toppings.
- Bake the pizza bagels in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the bagels start to turn golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Make-Ahead Tip: Assemble the bagels without baking and store in the fridge, covered, for up to 24 hours. Bake when ready to enjoy.
- Storage: Store leftover pizza bagels in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F for 5-7 minutes. To freeze, place bagels in a single layer in the freezer until solid, then transfer to an airtight container or bag for up to 2 months. Reheat from frozen at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
