  • 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain and stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, softened cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Add half the ravioli in a single layer.
  6. Spread half of the cheese mixture over ravioli.
  7. Add another layer of meat sauce.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, cheese mixture, and sauce.
  9. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  12. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
