- 1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain and stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, softened cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add half the ravioli in a single layer.
- Spread half of the cheese mixture over ravioli.
- Add another layer of meat sauce.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, cheese mixture, and sauce.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
